These terms cover ROXBLOX, the game on Roblox, and this website, roxblox.net. ROXBLOX is published on Roblox by the Rox Entertainment community ("we" and "us"). By playing ROXBLOX or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play or use the site.

1. Roblox's rules come first

ROXBLOX runs on Roblox, so the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards always apply too. If anything here conflicts with Roblox's rules, Roblox's rules win. You need a Roblox account in good standing to play.

2. The game is in beta

ROXBLOX is still being built. Features, maps, items and balance can change at any time. During the beta, stats, points, items and other progress may be reset. The game and this website can be offline or have bugs, and we can't promise they will always be available.

3. Play fair

When you play ROXBLOX, you agree not to:

• use exploits, cheats, scripts, macros, modified clients or any other software that gives you an unfair advantage;
• abuse bugs or glitches instead of reporting them;
• harass, threaten or bully other players, or share hateful, sexual or otherwise inappropriate content;
• pretend to be staff, another player or a Roblox employee;
• scam players, or buy, sell or trade accounts, items or anything else from the game for real money or outside Roblox;
• try to break, overload or disrupt the game or this website.

4. Moderation

Staff can warn, kick or ban players who break these terms or Roblox's rules. Bans can be temporary or permanent and can also cover other accounts you use. We may also remove ranks, stats or items connected to a rule break. We keep a record of moderation actions, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you think a ban was a mistake, contact us.

5. Purchases and virtual items

Anything you buy in ROXBLOX is bought with Robux through Roblox. Roblox processes every purchase under its own terms and refund rules, and we can't give refunds ourselves.

Virtual items, cosmetics, points and everything else in the game have no real-world value, aren't your property and can't be exchanged for money. You get a personal, limited right to use them in ROXBLOX. We may change or remove them, for example to balance the game, during a beta reset, or if the game shuts down.

We never sell items, Robux or advantages outside Roblox. Anyone who offers to is not us.

6. Your content

Chat messages, names and anything else you create in ROXBLOX must follow Roblox's Community Standards. Roblox filters chat. We may remove content and take action against players who break these terms.

7. This website

roxblox.net shows public information about ROXBLOX players: their Roblox username, display name and avatar, along with their game stats and ranks. Stats can be delayed or wrong. Don't use the site or its data to harass anyone, and don't send automated requests in a way that overloads it.

8. Our stuff

The ROXBLOX name and logo, the game, its art, its code and this website belong to us or the people who license them to us. You're welcome to share screenshots, videos and streams of ROXBLOX, as long as you don't pretend to be us.

Roblox, the Roblox logo and Robux are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. ROXBLOX is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

9. No guarantees

ROXBLOX and this website are provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises about them and aren't responsible for lost progress, lost items or other losses from using them. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep playing or using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

We don't have a support email yet. To reach us, use the Rox Entertainment community on Roblox. Include your Roblox username so we can find your account.
